Summer dresses

This is what I'll be working on this week. I designed and made this prototype last night and need to tweak a couple of things. Unfortunately I can't get anymore of the orange and pink floral fabric :( I wish I'd bought more! But I have a stack of other gorgeous fabrics that arrived from the USA last week. I can't wait to start cutting and sewing them all! So check back through the week for more new dresses...

aprons and chef hats

This is what I've been working on the past couple of weeks. Apron & chef hat sets. I was going to upload a few more photos, but blogger won't let me right now! I'm not trying to panic people but if you would like to order a set (or a few) for Christmas presents, you'll need to order soon so I have time to make them and post them to you.

Hello and welcome :)

After much encouragement from friends and family, I've finally decided to start selling some of my creations. At the moment I only have beanies, but I'm working on lots of other things (including kids apron & chef hat sets, hair accessories, art smocks...) that I will start to add later this week. I'm still deciding on whether to set up an Etsy shop or even my own online store. For now I have started listing everything on a new facebook page (click on the badge to the right to go there). I know it's a little strange to start out with beanies at this time of year as here in Australia we are just going into spring. But I can assure you that here in Adelaide it's still VERY wintery and I have been inundated with beanie orders for the past few weeks!
